Food Can Open the Door to Deeper Care

A mother at Roll Hill came to one of our trusted partners because there was no food in her home. Her children had received Hope Sacks during the school year, so she knew there was someone she could trust.

Along with providing food, the partner connected her with pregnancy care and additional support through Cradle Cincinnati, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and a local doula.

What began with meeting a child’s immediate need became a pathway to care for an entire family.
